At Maybe* we listen to our users’ needs, identify areas for improvement on our platform and get to work on delivering improved experiences every month. Big news for April is that we now recommend conversations that we think you should be listening to, you can now see visitor posts in your social inbox, as well as all your conversations on the report builder. Plus, we have an App so you can see how your ads are performing and also engage and monitor conversations on the move.
Product Update: Get the Maybe* app for insights on the go

We think that you should engage with people and accounts that are already engaging with you, it’s just good manners! To make that as easy as possible, we have created a new ‘Recommended’ section in your Engagement tab. In that section you will find a list of the accounts that have mentioned you on social media so you can quickly add their conversations and start engaging back.
Visitor posts
Following feedback, we’ve now added the ability to see your Facebook page’s visitor posts so you can view and reply to them directly in Maybe*.
All conversations on report builder
On the Report Builder you can now see all your conversations.
Maybe* App
Our app is now live so you can see how your ads are performing and also engage and monitor conversations on the move. Download using the links or search for ‘Maybe*’ in the App Store or the Play Store.

- Ability to see replies to comments on your posts
- We will recommend some hashtags we think you should be engaging with
- Ability to to share and schedule your own posts so that you can re-share your own content to go out again
- Ability to see any replies you get to Tweets
- If you try and comment or share a post that you or someone in your team has already commented on we will warn you
