You can now manage your groups and conversations from the Conversation manager page. Your ‘Groups’ are listed first followed by ‘Other conversations’ which are any conversations not in a group. We have created some groups for you to help you get started.
To delete a group simply click the pencil icon next to the group name and click ‘Delete group.’ You can also, edit the group name, add conversations to the group and see the data usage of the group as a whole.
If you click the dropdown next to the number of conversations you can see the conversation in that group in more detail. You can see how much data usage that conversation has, how much you are talked about in that conversation, how much you engage with that conversation and you can choose if you want to make that conversation a priority in your Engage tab (only if you are engaging with it.)
If you click the three blue dots at the end of the conversation you can edit the conversation type (engage or monitor), add or remove the conversation from group/s or delete the conversation.
For hashtag conversations you can also edit the country, locations that the posts are pulled from and exclude posts that contain certain keywords. From any conversation you can also click ‘Go to conversation’ to view the posts in the Engage or Monitor tabs or ‘View report’ which takes you to the report builder with that conversation’s graphs selected.
