AP Meats spin it to win it

A.P Meats Ltd was founded and established by owner, Mr Andrew Pattison in 1993. He launched his business with a mobile butchers’ shop, which was located at different sites in the Midlands and the South West. As the business grew, so did Andy’s fleet of fully refrigerated vehicles with them now operating three.

AP Meats use Facebook and Instagram but it is Facebook where they are really excelling.  AP Meats regularly run competitions on Facebook but have taken it to the next level. They created a gameshow type 'spin-it to win-it' board and use video to invite participants to have a go. They promote the promo ahead of time so that their followers know when the next opportunity to win a selection of meats, fresh from the butcher.  Each time they do it, they see engagements in the tens of thousands. It's creative, fun and personal. By using video and the gameshow type approach they build excitement and intrigue and gives followers the chance to get to know the people behind the business, as well as win something delicious.

Top tip: A regular competition can keep people coming back for more, publicise it and stick at it.
