Facebook has announced the addition of some new features for its Business Suite management platform, including Stories scheduling for both Facebook and Instagram, along with a new business discovery process from the News Feed.
Marks and Spencer announced that it would be taking Aldi to court over the budget brand's take on its famous Colin the Caterpillar cake.
Both Aldi and M&S have been using social media to light-heartedly comment on the event, with #FreeCuthbert trending on Twitter causing quite a storm. Aldi has clapped back proposing that both retailers 'protect the caterpillars' suggesting they will donate the sales profits from the cake to M&S' chosen charity.
TikTok's new Business Creative Hub is an in-app resource freely available to all TikTok business account users. The Hub offers guidance on content creation and a steady stream of trending content to help you learn from best practices and turn creative ideas into TikTok videos.
Head of Instagram Adam Mosseri has tweeted about the launch of a new test that will enable users to choose whether they display post Like counts on Instagram.
So we’re testing a new option that lets you decide the experience that’s best for you – whether that’s choosing not to see like counts on anyone else’s posts, turning them off for your own posts, or keeping the original experience.
