Paralympic emojis takeover Twitter

With the Paralympics underway, Twitter has announced a new set of features to help users engage with the event, and follow along with the latest updates including Paralympic emojis. Read more here.

Instagram introduces swipe up stickers

From August the 30th swipe up links in Stories will be replaced by stickers. Instagram says the stickers will be available to the same people who had the swipe up function for now.

Facebook Reels

As TikTok continues to gain momentum Facebook is introducing a new video feature: Facebook Reels. Available only in the U.S. initially but no doubt to roll out across the globe, you can read more here.

Replay feature launches for Twitter Spaces

Twitter has been working hard to improve Spaces, the social network’s live audio platform that launched earlier this year after the huge success of Clubhouse. Now, the Spaces platform is about to get even more options, including replay and even rules for participants in a live chat. Read more here.
