Tech times are a changing. Year by year women are increasingly recognised as trailblazers, future shapers and forces to be reckoned with in the rapidly evolving tech landscape. Few in the industry are more committed to driving technology forward than the powerhouse that is Maybe* CEO Polly Barnfield OBE who we're thrilled to see featured on Computer Weekly's list of Most Influential Women in UK Tech.

The annual list, which has grown to 430 women this year, is part of the magazine's commitment to shining a light on the female technology role models throughout the UK. It highlights women that have made a significant contribution to the technology sector.

“Like everyone this year, we’ve needed to adapt. We've focused on creating tech that delivers impact in our new world. The rules have changes and now more than ever tech is crucial to keeping businesses and, in turn, the economy afloat.

Polly is joined on the list by the likes Joanna Davinson, chief digital, data and technology officer, Home Office; Sarah Wilkinson, CEO, NHS Digital; Pip Jamieson, Founder & CEO, The Dots; Marta Krupinska, Head of Google for Startups UK and many more inspirational women.

The winner of the shortlisted Top 50 will be announced at an online event on October 1.
