Maybe* product update: Add a hashtag as your comparison conversation

We aim to make the Maybe* platform work as seamlessly as possible with your social platforms, and now from your Place Insights page you can tag users directly when sharing graphs to Twitter.

Tag your team on graphs from Place Insights directly to Twitter

To share insights to your team and stakeholders with ease, you can now tag any Twitter username directly from the Place Insights page.

Each of the graphs on Place Insights has three icons on the bottom right corner, and once clicked will allow you to share the graph to your connected Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts.

When you click on the Twitter icon, you can now write your tweet and mention your team members by typing @ followed by their name. Once you select the correct username and click share, the tweet will appear on your Twitter feed.

Set a hashtag as your comparison conversation

Comparison conversations on the Dashboard are a great way to quickly view how your social content is performing against a top competitor. To take this to the next level, you are now able to add a #hashtag as your comparison conversation, which means you can easily see how your organisation is doing compared to a broader topic or place.

To start, make sure you are following the #hashtag you want to add by entering it into the search bar at the top of the page.

From here, return to your dashboard and select ‘Change comparison’ on the first tile on the right hand side. This takes you to your Conversation manager, where you can look for the hashtag and select Set as comparison.

To add a hashtag conversation you need to be on a paid plan, but we are now offering a 14 day free trial of any paid plan to allow you to experience our premium features.

Click Change comparison on your dashboard and select the hashtag
