Maybe* product update – how to toggle between comments and mentions

The last few weeks have been all about speeding up the platform and improving things, but we also have an exciting new feature to unveil. You can now toggle between comments and mentions when looking at the graphs about your organisation and other organisations. 


If you’re more of a watcher and less of a reader there are videos talking through all the new stuff below. Enjoy!

Conversation manager

You may have noticed that we have been testing a name change for the Data usage/Conversation manager page. Well, the results are in and we're pleased to say the name 'Conversation manager' is here to stay!

You'll find your Conversation manager page under Settings in the top right hand corner. From here you can edit all of the organisations and hashtag conversations that you've added.

We have also added a shortcut  to your recommended conversations from this page. These are the conversations we recommend you listen to based on who is talking about you and your most recently used hashtags.

You can find your conversation manager at the top of the Settings page with a shortcut to view your recommended conversations.

  • Local rewards
  • View best posts in a Group
  • Quick links to view the conversation and insights after you have added it
  • Ability to set a hashtag as comparison conversation
