Sometimes it’s the small things that make all the difference! This week we’ve been busy creating a new Notes section within the platform. It’s a great way of sharing thoughts on content and insights with other members of your team. Here’s a video showing you how the Your Notes function works:

Write notes to share with your team
Under ‘Help’ there is a ‘Your notes’ section where you can write notes for your team members and the Maybe* team can write notes for you.
How to add a new note
Click ‘Add new note’ and write a note to one or all of your colleagues. You can use bold, italic, links, bullet points and numbers. You can also invite any missing team member from here by clicking ‘Add team member.’ Once you are happy with your note, search for the team member you want to assign it to or you can leave it as ‘Unassigned. Alternatively, scroll to the bottom or search for ‘All’ you can assign it to everyone so all your colleagues get notified by email. Save when you are ready.
How to view existing notes
On this page you can see all the notes.. Filter by the person it was assigned to e.g. see all the notes assigned to you. You can see who created the note and when, what the note says who it was assigned to and you can delete any notes you no longer need.
